9. Children's Privacy

This App targets users aged 13 years and older, including teenagers in the 13-15 and 16-17 age groups, as well as adults 18 and over. While the App may appeal to younger users interested in Library Science, it is not designed for or intentionally directed at children under the age of 13.

An individual who has not completed the age of 18 years is considered a "Child". Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important to us.

Parental Consent Required: We require verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before knowingly collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from any user under the age of 18.
Registration by Parent/Guardian: Users under 18 may only register for and use the App services if such registration is completed by, and with the explicit consent of, their parent or legal guardian who agrees to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf.
